Join us for the first installment of a new lecture series on the Academy's expeditions. Dr. Penneys will highlight the places and plants encountered during several collecting trips throughout the Americas and China, in particular his research on the Princess Flower family (Melastomataceae) and their associations with ants, mites, bee, hummingbirds and rodents.
