Mapping Collections at the California Academy of Sciences

In 2005, CBRI created a website to explore the geographic distribution of a portion of the specimen collections held in the California Academy of Sciences. The purpose of the website is to illustrate through maps, models, research publications, and photographs the regions throughout the world where CAS scientists and research associates have studied over the past 150 years.
