corsula, Mugil Hamilton [F.] 1822:221, 381, Pl. 9 (fig. 97) [An account of the fishes found in the river Ganges; ref. 2031] Most rivers of the Gangetic provinces, and in southern parts of Bengal; has been introduced in some ponds. No types known.
