Paratypes: (110, CM and IU) CAS 18536 (15), 39495-98 (5, 3, 4, 24); FMNH 56341-46 (6, 15, 3, 4, 25, 22), 69556 (22), 75147 (4); USNM 79169 (3). Additional material: CAS 39499 (21) and perhaps some at FMNH (from Cartago) and more at CAS. Type catalog: Henn 1928:60 [ref. 12305], Ibarra & Stewart 1987:19 [ref. 12367], Vari & Howe 1991:9 [ref. 19022]. •Valid as Brycon henni Eigenmann 1913 -- (Howes 1982:30 [ref. 14201], Lima in Reis et al. 2003:176 [ref. 27061], DoNascimiento et al. 2017:63 [ref. 35633]). Current status: Valid as Brycon henni Eigenmann 1913. Bryconidae: Bryconinae. Distribution: Trans-Andean river basins of Colombia. Habitat: freshwater.
