Current status: Valid as Ostorhinchus parvulus (Smith & Radcliffe 1912). Apogonidae: Apogoninae. Distribution: Western Pacific: Indonesia east to Philippines, north to Taiwan and Yaeyama Islands. Habitat: marine.
