Distribution: Indo-West Pacific: East Africa, Seychelles, Mayotte (France) and Madagascar east to Cook Islands, north to southern Japan, south to northern Queensland (Australia) and New Caledonia. Erroneously recorded from Portugal, based on misidentification of a flatworm. Habitat: marine.
