Also in Deraniyagala 1958:131, Pl. 1 (figs. 102) [ref. 11990]. •Valid as Lepidocephalichthys jonklaasi (Deraniyagala 1956) -- (Pethiyagoda 1991:44 [ref. 20075], Ott & Ende 2004:55 [ref. 28033], Havird & Page 2010:155 [ref. 30739], Kottelat 2012:33 [ref. 32367], Kottelat 2017:713 [ref. 35678]). Current status: Valid as Lepidocephalichthys jonklaasi (Deraniyagala 1956). Cobitidae. Distribution: Southwestern Sri Lanka. Habitat: freshwater.
