Original genus should have been Epalzeorhynchos. •Valid as Epalzeorhynchos bicornis Wu 1977 -- (Bănărescu 1986:155 [ref. 8112], Chu & Cui in Chu & Chen 1989:232 [ref. 13584], Zhu 1995:67 [ref. 25213], Yang & Winterbottom 1998:49 [ref. 23307], Chen in Chen 1998:169 [ref. 23556] as Epalzeorhynchus, Yue & Chen 1998:127 [ref. 26415] as Epalzeorhynchus, Zhang et al. in Yue 2000:211 [ref. 25272]). •Valid as Akrokolioplax bicornis (Wu 1977) -- (Zhang & Kottelat 2006:22 [ref. 28711], Yuan et al. 2008:47 [ref. 29667], Kottelat 2013:72 [ref. 32989], Zhang et al. 2016:106 [ref. 34477], Kottelat 2016:445 [ref. 34856]). •Valid as Gonorhynchus bicornis (Wu 1977) -- (Yang et al. 2012:362 [ref. 33458], Ciccotto & Page 2016:489 [ref. 34501]). •Valid as Tariqilabeo bicornis (Wu 1977) -- (Ciccotto & Page 2017:447 [ref. 35090]). Current status: Valid as Tariqilabeo bicornis (Wu 1977). Cyprinidae: Labeoninae. Distribution: Salweer River basin, Yunnan Province, China. Habitat: freshwater.
