Locality from Isbrücker 2001:236 [ref. 26805]. •Valid as Corydoras sychri Wetizman 1960 -- (Nijssen & Isbrücker 1980:198 [ref. 6910], Burgess 1989:367 [ref. 12860], Grant 1998:45 [ref. 23454], Isbrücker 2001:236 [ref. 26805], Reis in Reis et al. 2003:303 [ref. 27061], Ferraris 2007:126 [ref. 29155], Lima & Britto 2020:528 [ref. 37324], Meza-Vargas et al. 2021:25 [ref. 39298]). Current status: Valid as Corydoras sychri Weitzman 1960. Callichthyidae: Corydoradinae. Distribution: South America: Nanay River basin (Peru). Habitat: freshwater.
