Subscription price for 2009/2010: $65 (US) plus $10 for mailing to U.S. and Canadian addresses (Total $75/yr) and $20 to all others (Total $85/yr).
*The Occasional Papers, Memoirs and Other Publications are not available by subscription. Each volume is priced separately.

When putting in your order please cite the following: Publication Type (Proceedings, Memoirs, Occasional Papers, or Other), Volume and number, Year, Author(s), and Title.

California residents please add 9.25% sales tax to your total. San Francisco residents, please add 9.5% sales tax.
