Type by original designation. •Synonym of Austrolebias Costa 1998, but a valid subgenus as described. •Valid as Acrolebias Costa 2008 -- (Alonso et al. 2023:12 [ref. 40292]). Current status: Valid as Acrolebias Costa 1998. Rivulidae: Cynolebiinae.
