Holotype: CZUT IC-13897. Paratypes: CHIFF 0219 (9). •Valid as Rhadinoloricaria andaki Provenzano, Chaves-Moreno, Ordoñez & Ortega-Lara 2024. Current status: Valid as Rhadinoloricaria andaki Provenzano, Chaves-Moreno, Ordoñez & Ortega-Lara 2024. Loricariidae: Loricariinae. Distribution: South America: Caquetá River drainage, western Amazon basin, Colombia and eastern Ecuador. Habitat: freshwater.
