Sparse-scaled Forest Lizard, Adolfus vauereselli

Family Lacertidae. Adolfus vauereselli is a forest clearing dweller like A. africanus, but occurs at higher elevations.

Size: to 59.3 mm SV.

Habitat: forest clearings at elevations above 1600 m.

Range: Congo-Brazzaville, Congo, Rwanda, Burundi, western Uganda and western Tanzania.
