#N18,870 - Lloyd Ullberg photograph, ca. 1977.

Finishing touches, such as 100,000 gallons of salt water, being added to the Meyer Fish Roundabout prior to its May 1977 opening. This ring-shaped tank was the first of its kind in the United States, and provides a constant one-half knot current and "infinite" swimming for pelagic fishes.
