Paratypes: ANSP 211439, 211443, 211445 (5); EPV 7310 (1). •Valid as Vanmanenia dimidiata Endruweit 2025. Current status: Valid as Vanmanenia dimidiata Endruweit 2025. Gastromyzontidae. Distribution: Southeast Asia: Mengdonghe River drainage, upper Red River basin, Yunnan (China). Habitat: freshwater.
