N.] 2020:3, Figs. 2-3, 4b, 5b, 6b, 7b [Journal of Fish Biology v. 97 (no. 5); ref. 37837] East bank of the Atabapo River mouth, base of Guapasucia Stone, adjacent to the town of San Fernando de Atabapo (middle of the Atabapo River channel), Orinoco basin, Amazonas State, Venezuela, 4°1'53.54"N, 67°41'49.34"W, elevation about 80 meters. Holotype: MHNLS 26155. Paratypes: ANSP, AUM, ROM. •Valid as Hyaloglanis natgeorum (Henschel, Lujan & Baskin 2020) -- (de Pinna et al. 2025:16 [ref. 42305]). Current status: Valid as Hyaloglanis natgeorum (Henschel, Lujan & Baskin 2020). Trichomycteridae: Sarcoglanidinae. Distribution: South America: Atabapo River drainage, Orinoco River basin, Amazonas State, Venezuela. Habitat: freshwater.
