Holotype: ZFMK ICH-143953. Paratypes: ZFMK ICH 143954 (1), ICH 143955-143994 (40). •Valid as Eremodon yetateku Huber & Meinema 2025. Current status: Valid as Eremodon yetateku Huber & Meinema 2025. Pantanodontidae. Distribution: Eastern Africa: Lake Ziway system, central Ethiopia. Habitat: freshwater.
