Holotype: SWU 08122023001. Paratypes: BSFC 0073 (6), SWU 08122023002 (10), ZIN 57058 (2). •Valid as Dzihunia pseudoamudarjensis Sheraliev & Kayumova 2024. Current status: Valid as Dzihunia pseudoamudarjensis Sheraliev & Kayumova 2024. Nemacheilidae. Distribution: Northern-central Asia: middle Great Fergana Canal, Syr Darya River basin, Uzbekistan. Habitat: freshwater.
