Paratypes: NTOUP 2003-06-003 (2), 2023-04-004 (3). •Valid as Drombus rubropunctatus Chen & Li 2024. Current status: Valid as Drombus rubropunctatus Chen & Li 2024. Gobiidae: Gobiinae. Distribution: Western Pacific: northeastern and southwestern Taiwan; possibly southern Japan, China and Singapore. Habitat: brackish.
